Sheikh Khalid Bin Mohammed Bin Saqr Al Qassimi

Sheikh Khalid Bin Mohammed Bin Saqr Al Qassimi , ruled the Emirate of Sharjah from June 24th 1965 to January 24th 1972 . He started ruling the emirate after Sheikh Saqr bin Sultan Al Qassimi . He participated in the meetings for the formation of the union , representing the Emirate of Sharjah .

He signed the interim Constitution on the 2nd of December 1971 , when Sharjah became part of the United Arab Emirates , and joined the Supreme Council of the Union as a member , and headed the Board of rulers of the UAE for one session
